Logline:
A young deadbeat photographer who lives an alienated and shallow life is invited to a get-together, only for everyone at the party to become convinced that they’re being terrorized by an unknown assailant.
Short Synopsis:
A young deadbeat photographer who prefers to live a life of solitude and who rejects the world around him is brought to a get-together, hosted by his sister. During the evening, the partygoers talk about a notorious assailant that has gripped the news and caused panic across the various suburbs. Later, a disturbance in the night leads them to believe that the same assailant has made them his next targets.
Long Synopsis:
A young deadbeat photographer who prefers to live a life of solitude and who rejects the world around him is brought to a small get-together, hosted by his sister, with her partner and their two closest friends, who are also a couple. The evening starts off pleasant enough, but questions are raised over the partygoers’ relationships and intentions with each other. Then, during the evening, the topic of a notorious assailant that has gripped the news and has caused havoc across various suburbs is raised in conversation, putting the attacker front of mind, and later on, after hearing a disturbance in the shadows, the partygoers start to suspect that someone is watching them. As the night unfolds and the panic settles in, they are led to believe that the assailant that they were talking about earlier on is the one who is terrorising them. But is he?
